Ansel Adams
Baxter Rowe-Vath
The photographer I chose for this assignment is Ansel Adams who's portfolio mainly consists of nature photography that describes the beauty of the world around us. Most of his work is interpretive and he was a freelance photographer most of the time, but he occasionally worked with national parks and even National Geographic. As I took this class, lots of things happened and I saw a lot of it through the lens of a camera. I did not limit myself to taking photos only for class assignments, but I took photos every where I went. I started to understand the difference between an okay photo and a great photo which also helped me see the world in different ways. Taking this class and seeing different people perspective on issues as well as the world has changed my view on the world drastically, which is exactly what I asked for.
